Who Should Attend:
The Northwest Chamber Leaders Conference is the only
International Chamber conference offering professional
development to chamber board members, key volunteers,
executives and staff members of any size Chamber.
Dress:
Business casual is appropriate for the entire conference
with the exception of the Monday Night Banquet for which
business “dressy” is suggested. The events on Sunday night
may be out of the hotel, so you will need a warm coat.
Lodging:
Room reservations can be made at the Coeur d’Alene Resort
Hotel by calling (800) 688-5253. Be sure to mention that you
are coming for the Northwest Chamber Leader Conference to
ensure you receive the special conference rates. Guest room
rates are per room, per night, single and double occupancy.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 12:00 p.m. Rates are
quoted in US Dollars.
Premier Accommodations: $155.00
Deluxe Accommodations: $125.00
Traditional Accommodations: $115.00
Transportation:
Airline services are provided from most cities in Oregon,
Washington, Idaho, Montana, British Columbia & Alberta to
the Spokane International Airport. There is shuttle service
to the Coeur d’Alene Resort Hotel at a rate of $30.00 per
person round trip, this service is available with a 24 hour
advance reservation. Please reference Northwest Chamber
Leaders Conference to get the discount rate. For those
attending from Canada, or outside the US, don’t forget to
bring your passport or photo ID and birth certificate.
Registration:
Fees include all seminars and materials, sessions, breaks,
Sunday brunch and evening reception, Monday breakfast,
lunch, dinner and entertainment.

Scholarships:
The NWCL Conference provides 1 scholarship per province and
state AND 1 scholarship to a Board of Director from any NW
region. Please take the time to fill out or send to a
deserving chamber, who may not otherwise be able to attend
this conference.

Passports:
Canadian delegates, don’t forget you will need
your passport to travel into the USA.
Early Bird Registration:
Early bird registrations received by January 30, 2009 will
be eligible for a Coeur d’Alene Resort Certificate worth
more that $250! Pricing before
February 13, 2009: First attendee: $295.00, Second attendee:
$275.00, All additional attendees: $250.00 ea. Pricing After
February 13 , 2009 will be $350.00 for each attendee Amount
will be calculated automatically below in US currency based
on the number of attendees entered.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before February 27, 2009 will receive a full
refund less $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations
received after February 27, 2009 will not receive a refund.
